Christian served as Ward Councillor for Burpham on Guildford Borough Council between May 2011 and May 2019. "Burpham continues to face many challenges in the coming years and I look forward to continuing to assist residents where possible."
Guildford Borough Council is consulting on a proposed new link road between Clay Lane and the Slyfield Industrial Esate.
Burpham residents can attend a ‘drop-in’ session being held on Tuesday 10th March between 2pm and 7.30pm at Burchatt’s Farm, London Road.

The local press reported this week that people in Burpham have a higher life expectancy than anyone else in the Borough. Men can expect to live 85.6 years and women can expect to live 88.9 years.
Guildford MP Anne Milton has established a new Flood Forum, specifically to deal with flood matters concerning Burpham. The inaugural meeting will take place on Friday 13th February, which I will attend as Ward Member for Burpham, along with officers from the Environment Agency, representatives of local community groups and others. This new Forum will become an important vehicle for driving Burpham flood matters to the top of the agenda.
