Aldi Planning Application to be Considered
The long-running planning application for a new Aldi food store on the site of the former Green Man pub/Harvester site on London Road, Burpham, is to be considered by the Planning Committee of Guildford Borough Council on Tuesday 30th April 2013 at 7pm.
Members of the public are welcome to attend, speak for or against the proposal or just watch proceedings from the public gallery. The site is prominently located in the heart of Burpham and it is essential that we get the right sort of development here.
No decision yet on Aldi Planning Application
Planning officers are waiting for further feedback from Highways Officers at County. The current delay stems from a request for further highways information in support of Aldi’s proposal for a new store on the former Green Man pub site.
