Strong interest in Burpham Neighbourhood Forum
The Burpham Neighbourhood Forum held its first public meeting today since being designated as a Forum by Guildford Borough Council.
Forum members, the general public and local media turned up at the church hall on New Inn Lane to hear about the next steps in the process of preparing a local neighbourhood plan. The forum resolved to prepare and distribute its survey to residents. The survey results will form part of the evidence base that will feed into plan preparation. New members were also recruited, bringing fresh ideas to the plan preparation process.
